A distorted man followed a woman in a target of Louisiana before she reportedly raped her in the parking lot.
Donnie Lee Stevenson, 18, is said to have sexually abused a woman outside the store after she followed her inside, kept her under shot and forced her to a Red Honda Accord on Thursday around 7.30 pm, WBRZ reported.
Stevenson was caught on CCTV images that walked into the target in Hammond just before he grabbed the nameless woman and took her out.
