An earthquake with a size of 6.7 off the coast of the Zuidereiland of New Zealand has fueled a Tsunami assessment.
Residents of Southland and Fiordland on the island have to stay away from beaches and marine areas, since strong and unusual currents warned the emergency management of the nation.
The earthquake hit on Tuesday at 2.42 pm at a depth of 12 km felt by thousands in his surroundings.
