The wife of a senator of Minnesota arrested for alleged request to ask a minor for prostitution has applied for a divorce while finding out bars.
Justin Eichorn, 40, was arrested in his car last week after he reportedly agreed to meet who he thought was a 17-year-old girl for sex.
Eichron's wife Brittany submitted a petition on Monday to dissolve the marriage in the ITASCA County Court after the devastating allegations.
A court initially granted him conditional release to a half -house, but that was withdrawn on Monday after officers of Justice had leveled new claims against the loss politician.
They claim that with a Grand Rapids woman arranged to pick up a computer and other items from the St. Paul apartment where he only lived during legislative sessions before the FBI could search the unit.
Public Prosecutors also argued that Eichorn had to be imprisoned because the SMS messages he had exchanged with an undercover officer who presented himself as a 17-year-old girl before his arrest showed his 'clear fame in asking for commercial sex from minors'.
“Eichorn's messages and behavior reveal an experienced operator,” wrote public prosecutors in their application to hold him.
“His pretrial release entails a real risk that he would try to make other minors in the community the victim.”

He now stays behind bars until at least Wednesday, when he is planned to appear again before a judge in a hearing.
The police of Bloomington said that a detective would meet the married father of four near the 8300-block of Normandale Boulevard.
He was observed in his pick -up – before he was arrested without incidents outside his vehicle by uniformed officers.
After his arrest, he was warned that his phone calls from prison were not and would be admitted.
Yet he and the unnamed woman would have organized himself to travel to his unity in an attempt to remove material that may have been interesting for the authorities.
“Eichorn's behavior proves the willingness to hide material facts from the court and to do this at the expense of public safety,” said prosecutors.
They said 'even more worrying … is the possibility that Eichorn Loog' to tidy up his apartment before the police could get there.
By the time the woman arrived at the apartment on Friday morning, FBI agents had already secured it with an order to look for evidence in the case against Eichorn.

They said the iPhone seemed to have been reset to its factory settings, which can erase all content on the device.
One of the conditions for the release of Eichorn in half a house was that he does not have firearms. Officers of Justice claim that he deliberately lied when he told a pretrial service officer after his first court last Thursday that he had no firearms in his apartment.
