The NFL has ended a multi -year exclusive partnership with Nike.
Under Armor is back in the good grace of the NFL and signs a long-term deal to become the official football and glove partner for the competition.
Nike, which increasingly examined conservatives, had the exclusive rights agreement until the end of the 2024 season.
It is the newest blow for the world's largest sports equipment company. Last week the stock price of Nike joined after it had told investors that the warehouses had full of unsold shoes, tracksuits and T-shirts.
This marks Under Armour's second time that cooperates with the NFL after a five -year break. The company started producing exclusive gloves for the competition in 2006 for the first time, but ended the partnership in 2020 as part of a cost -saving movement.
Now, with founder Kevin Plank – an avid president Trump supporter – back as the top boss, are reviving old relationships.
“From before I even set foot on an NFL field, Under Armor was like a second skin for me,” said Justin Jefferson, the star -wide receiver for the Minnesota Vikings, about the new deal.

The NFL announced the new agreement on Tuesday and replaces the contract that Nike had held in 2024.
Nike has now just inked an expansion of 10 years in December with the NFL in December.
The contract ends in 2038.
The company – which has made conservatives angry by tuning its commercials to women's sports and black athletes – will continue to offer shoes and gloves alongside adidas.
“Nike has been an invaluable partner since 2012,” said NFL commissioner Roger Goodell while announcing the continuous partnership.
“Nike is a strategic partner who will help us grow international football, support youth football and make progress in the safety of players.”
