An independent journalist has submitted a police report against Democrat Jasmine Crockett after she seemed to try to hit a mobile phone out of his hand.
The Texas -Democrat, 43, is now being accused of abuse when she reached his mobile phone on Tuesday afternoon and hit his mobile.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene posted on X Credeming Crockett, 43, to get a new Escort from the Capitol Police after she had attacked an independent journalist.
The journalist asked if she approved violence against Tesla, Greene explained.
In a video of the exchange, Charles Downs Crockett runs in a house office building while talking with Rep. Tim Burchett, r-tenn.
Downs can be heard to ask Crockett about her participation in an anti-tesla conference interviews repeatedly before she looks and is filmed by hitting the camera away from her face.
Greene closed Crockett, which she called the “Face of the Democrat Party” for hypocrisy with her new security team after she “attacked”.
The independent journalist, who reports for right -wing commentator Laura Loomer, later submitted an incident report to the Capitol Police. He also filed a complaint with the Office of Congressional Ethics.
Downs claims that he was attacked by the Democrat.
“We consult a lawyer about submitting a lawsuit for abuse, battery and attempted theft against the congressman,” said Loomer of the incident.
“It is clear that Democrats chosen have embraced violence against Trump supporters and members of the independent media, even in the corridors of the congress,” she said in a different position.

On Wednesday, Crockett was filmed around the Capitol complex and next to a Capitol police officer.
'Jasmine Crockett, who did her utmost to grab my phone, now roam Capitol Hill with extra USCP security,' posted on X on X on Wednesday.
“It is amazing that representative Crockett can attack a journalist, threaten a senator from the United States and still portrayed himself when the victim portrayed.”
“She recently attacked me, Senator Ted Cruz and Elon Musk publicly,” said the reporter in another position on X. “Taxpayers should not pay the bill for her safety, so I take action.”
Downs tried to ask Crockett about her recent comments and urged activists to the 'Tesla Takedown' conference call that she wants 'Elon is being taken down'.
Republicans, such as Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, said that the words of the Democrat were related to 'organizing political violence and terrorism'.
Her newest Imbroglio comes on the heels of her highly published insult of paralyzed and wheelchair -bound Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, whom she called 'Hot Wheels'.
Crockett made the comment during a speech during a human rights campaign dinner in Los Angeles. The group is famous for its support for marginalized communities, such as the disabled people.
