Music fans shared their shock after discovering the national security adviser Mike Waltz, the brother -in -law of Mike Waltz, is part of Rock Royalty.
In recent days, Waltz made the headlines after he reportedly added the editor -in -chief of the Atlantic Ocean to a signal group treasure with Donald Trump's Inner Circle to discuss intimate details of a military strike against the Houthis.
But when the scandal broke out, observers came to realize that Waltz's brother -in -law is no less than Creed Frontman Scott Stapp.
The surprising family bond comes through Waltz's wife Dr. Janette Nesheiwat, who is the nominee of Trump to become the next surgeon general.
Her sister Jiayln is married to Stapp, but people reported last year that the couple divorce after 18 years of marriage.
The family bond seems to go deeper than just the sisters, because Creed had previously performed with fundraisers for Waltz when he was a congress member in Florida, according to Florida's politics.
The Outlet described them as 'friends' and noted that Waltz Stapp deployed on various occasions to help him with fundraising when he represented the 6th Congress district of Florida.

One X user reacted with a GIF from Stapp in a Creed music video, credited: “With Comms wide open.”

Journalist and Podcast -Gastheer Saagar Enjeti waded the conversation with his own suggestion for how Waltz could restore his reputation after the signal leak.
“Mike Waltz can redeem himself by arranging for Creed to headline the 250th birthday,” he said.
