An identity of a woman who was reportedly murdered in 2023 can ultimately be unveiled as a prominent opponent of the compulsory COVID vaccinations and locking.
Daily Mail Australia can reveal Autumn Baker, 40, from Darley – about 60 km northwest of Melbourne – was reportedly murdered by Hoppers that man Mark Graham Ludbrook cross on 3 August 2023.
The identity of Mrs. Baker was kept secret by Victoria Police, friends and her family, but can eventually be revealed if Ludbrook tries to be released on bail in the community.
The alleged murderer, 52, appeared on Monday in the Supreme Court of Victoria in bizarre circumstances that provided him with evidence while he was flat on his back in a tailor -made wheelchair.
He will be tried in August, but has launched a preventive deposit on the basis of his medical condition and claims that he is not a risk for the community.
It remains unclear how the police put their case against the alleged murderer, with details of the accusations handed over to Justice John Champion, but not read in the open court.
Several family members of Mrs. Baker were present in court, with some coordination via a video link to view the hearing.

Ludbrook is said to be found 'seriously injured' in the house and taken to the hospital under the police.

Mrs. Baker had made a name for himself during Victoria's record-breaking COVID-19 Lockdowns, which she fiercely.

On January 15, 2022, Mrs. Baker took control of a microphone with a large protest to support tennis aas Novak Djokovic.
Djokovic was held and then deported from Australia after a position against the Covid Jab.
Standing in front of the crowd of frustrated Melburnians, Mrs Baker sang: “The people who will never be defeated”, “Hey Pfizer leaves our children alone”, “Hands of our children, they are not your guinea pigs”, “Free Victoria” and “No More Vax Pass”.

'Autumn Baker was dedicated for working for the freedom and health rights of Melbourne from 2020 until her [alleged] Murder in August 2023, 'an online tribute mentioned.
When applying for bail, the court was told that Ludbrook is suffering from a rare condition known as transversal myelitis – a neurological condition caused by inflammation of the spinal cord.
Ludbrook told the court that he was diagnosed in 2022 when he said he was paralyzed from the breast down.

“I could move my hands, but they were locked up in claws and my membrane, I found it difficult to breathe towards the end, and that was about three or four months of hospitalization,” he told the court.
Ludbrook claimed that he could only stand about two minutes at a time in the period prior to the death of Mrs. Baker.
The court heard that Ludbrook was alienated from his wife and had lived with a friend.
“The woman decided to continue, so I was lucky that I had a friend stayed at his place,” he told the court.
The court heard that Ludbrook had been able to move more freely at the time of the alleged murder with the use of ketamine – a powerful painkiller that was used routinely as a horendanesthetics.

However, his illegal use of the drug may have played an important role in the alleged murder, the court heard.
“It is not something that he could have had the foresight to know that the specific substance would have him act that way after he had used ketamine in hospital environments, it was administered to him without adverse consequences,” his lawyer said.
The court heard that Ludbrook hoped to be released in a house with two caregivers for the entire duration of his coming trial.
In opposite bail, crown -lider Nadia Kaddeche warned that Ludbrook ran the risk of finding more illegal drugs and offensive.
“In terms of the proposed bail conditions, I therefore make the submissions that as they are not sufficiently sufficient,” she said.
Justice champion will challenge his decision on a date to be resolved.
