Sean has claimed that he is in rehabilitation for trauma, persistent ADHD and youth issues, because he still has feelings of not being 'enough'.
'I struggled with ADHD since I was a child. I also struggled at school because I had a learning disease, dyslexia and people who called me stupid Stewart, “Sean told DailyMail.com.

“I am now in therapy, I concentrate on going through the problems,” said the Sons of Hollywood star.
Stewart has had various reality TV programs such as Stewarts & Hamiltons and has a clothing line called Dirty Weekend, but has had the feeling that it is not enough.

He later had an overdose, and in December 2001 he was arrested and imprisoned for 90 days after he had not argued a competition to attack with a deadly weapon at the then 19-year-old student, Jason Rogland, in the parking lot of a restaurant in Malibu.
Since then he has had several stints in rehabilitation.
