We all want different things from life. Some are looking for financial stability. Others want spiritual fulfillment and world peace. Most of us just want to sleep all night.

But Bryan Johnson, a former Mormon missionary and multi-millionaire tech entrepreneur who lives in Los Angeles, has a much more niche approach. He has devoted his life to the pursuit of a long service life. Or, rather, he has decided that he will never die. No, he will just live forever – and wants us to come to him.

To which he spent five years and at least £ 8 million-with experimenting on his own body by a regime designed by AI that soberly that some people can interrogate the point of life.

So he gets up at 4.30 am, goes to bed at 8.30 pm, takes more than 100 supplements a day, eats three gloomy meals from vegan sludge called 'Meal One', 'Meal Two' and 'Meal Three', avoids direct sunlight, exercises obsessively, under a collagen mask and that is just the start of it.

He was also injected with the blood plasma of his then 17-year-old son, regularly measures his nocturnal erections for length and strength and has repeatedly shocked his penis with 'acoustic technology' to increase virility. As a result of this hard (sorry) work, Bryan claims to have beaten his biological age and his aging for 5.1 years to 0.64, which, due to his settlement, means that he is barely seven years old for every 12 months.

Even better news for his four million followers is that he likes to share his secrets and supplements through blueprint, his free-quality start-up with several millions of dollars, so that we can all make roasted olive oil, blood test equipment and other products that are bound to his personal diet and recommendations to help reverse our own aging.

This would all feel enough for most of us to come along.

But Bryan has only just started and has recently launched his own religion: 'Don't Die'.

Bryan Johnson has spent five years – and at least £ 8 million – experimenting on his own body

Since 2021 he has done extreme diet, excessive exercise, gene therapy, human growth hormone and plasma transfusions with both his son and father

“Dear humanity, I build a religion …” he writes modestly in one of his posts on social media, “… the next big framework. It is how we turn into the age of AI and resolve death … It saves the human race. '

His disciples save it. Participate in mostly. Bryan's special $ 39 don't buy that olive oil. Meeting in their thousands for Don't Dy walks and dance evenings in their brand T-shirts, planning for their next 100 years.

So what a shame to learn – thanks to a new York Times study – that there is a bit of problems in the future forever. And all of that is not good with the blueprint/don't that HQ.

To begin with, it seems that Bryan is unhealthy obsessed with confidentiality and control. So much so that his employees are obliged to sign breathtakingly detailed confidentiality agreements about what is happening behind the doors of Blueprint. Agreements pages and pages long. And not just his staff. The obsession of Bryan extends to girlfriends, sexual partners, dating one that asked for a non-availing agreement to sign before they tried sour.

Even an ex-fiancé, Taryn Southern, 38, who also worked for him, was made to sign. Although that relationship went to the south when she was diagnosed with cancer, Bryan reportedly explained a 'just negative' and the couple had been involved for centuries in annoying and public lawsuits, about money, confidentiality and whether he did her of cancer or not.

There have also been bizarre 'opt-in' agreements, whereby the staff are reportedly put under pressure to sign contracts that agree not to complain about Bryan who wore 'little and sometimes no clothing/no underwear at work, inappropriate behavior and the apparently endless discussions about his erections.

In addition, Oliver Zolman, Bryan's long-term 'Longevity Doctor', left quietly last year, allegedly unhappy with the efficacy of some products sold by blueprint, in particular the best-selling $ 49 'Longevity Mix', which made many people very ill.

There have also been swirling allegations that may have been chosen some data that Bryan used to prove his reversal of aging. And that, despite all the proof that he presented the opposite, Bryan is still 47 years old. So I take the many, many photos of his muscular body closer – some completely naked but for a strategically placed kettlebell.

And to be honest, although there is no doubt that it has been completely torn and you can see the circumference of every Bluey White muscle, he does not look particularly young. He even looks rather strange.

A little timeless, with his pale hairless skin, auburn hair (of which he says it is 'not painted'), strange waxy face (caused by extreme laser) and pink randy eyes.

It cannot help that he is constantly hungry because of his own admission and lives a worrying solo life, thanks to the countless limitations that are required by the Blueprint -Algorithm project. It wasn't always like that. Fifteen years ago, Bryan was a depressive, married workaholic with three children and a steadfast from the Mormon community in Utah where he grew up.

In 2007, with a young family to support, he founded Braintree, a payment processing company that grew five years later as MAD and Venmo (another business operating company) took over.

After he had sold the combined activities to PayPal for $ 800 million – personally $ 300 million – that it seems that his values shifted a bit and he started on an 'exploratory period'.

He was divorced, threw the Mormon church dumped, lost 50 pounds, got his mojo back, began to see prostitutes and reportedly sink into acid. Shortly thereafter, like so many uber-rich tech-brittle, he became obsessed with a long service life.

Of course Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and the rest of the Silicon Valley -gang had tried everything to work out for a few more years. But Bryan went on.

In 2016 he founded Kernel, a neurotechnology company that uses a specially designed helmet to measure brain activity and which he uses for fun to measure the age of his brain – apparently 37.

But not only his brain. Since 2021 he has put through his entire body – extreme diet, excessive exercise, gene therapy, human growth hormone, plasma transfusions with both his son and father.

In the meantime, his extensive medical team has repeatedly measured the biological age of each organ. Then, last year, he became obsessed with his penis age. Not just measuring his ups and downs and sharing the results. But completing a course experimental shock golf therapy that was extremely painful but felt his penis '15 years younger '.

One of the great definitions of life has always been that we will die. But Bryan has never had a shortage of self -confidence. He is used to hatred. The Backchat. The non-believers. His blue white skin is as thick as leather.

Over the years, he has compared himself to explorers Christopher Columbus and Sir Ernest Shackleton – and Jesus Christ.

“I don't really care what people think of me in our time and place,” he writes. “I really care what the 25th century thinks.”

Whatever happens behind the scenes at Blueprint (and it does not sound good), there can be no doubt about the time, effort and the money that Bryan has poured into his dang that movement. All those terrible gray meals. All those tests. All those painful shock waves. And now, it seems, all that bullying control.

But maybe nothing is actually ready. Because even if Bryan were to go for something, and even if we could afford to live like he, bouncing in our little shorts that eats sludge and go to bed at 8.30 pm draped in genital monitors, why on earth would we even want a week, let alone?
