Surviving roommate Dylan Mortensen told the police that she saw a man who wore 'the same kind of mask' around the time the police believe that Madison is allowed, Ethan Chapin, Kaylee Goncalves and Xana Kernodle were all slaughtered in November 2022.
Accused murderer Kherberger wanted desperate that the sports products of his Dick were inadmissible in his upcoming process.
But new judicial documents reveal that prosecutors have insisted on the use of the archives because this could be crucial for their case.
“The relevance of this information is that on January 10, 2022, Bryan Kherberger bought a black Balaclava from Dick's Sporting Goods,” the persecution said.

The legal team of Kherberger already tried and did not have any critical DNA certificate and the Amazon shop that was thrown out of the case.

Kherberger has offered a vague one so far Alibi for the night of the murders that claimed that he drove around at night and looked at the stars.
Not being able to confirm witnesses where he was, his lawyer Anne Taylor admitted in a court application.
