A sex offender in Sydney who went to the south of the border to run a drug trafficking has baptized the brother of a mass murderer in an attempt to defeat considerable imprisonment.

Simon Simoudis, 36, argued on Thursday guilty of the Melbourne County Court to trade commercial amounts of meth and date of drug 1.4 butanediol.

Simoudis was arrested in an apartment in Southbank that he obtained on fraudulentus and shared with his friend Alex Talpau and their little dog on July 10 last year.

Specialist police seized the $ 1596 per week Riverside Quay apartment and confiscated drugs, including 160 g Meth, 1,4 Butanediol, MDMA, Cocaine, Ketamine and Cannabis.

Simoudis, a registered sex offender, insured the premium accommodation with a stolen ID, Doctored to take his photo.

The drug dealer also used his assumed identity to make a bank account that he used to pay the exorbitant weekly rent.

The police searched the apartment and found 13 kg 1.4 butanediol – a legal solvent that reflects the effect of GHB when it is taken – stored in different bottles.

Investigators also saw Simoudis who tried to go up two large bags of meth under a couch, but the dealer spill his were on the floor after the police ordered him to raise his hands.

Simoudis was also caught at $ 4200 cash, cannabis, ecstasy, deal bins, spraying, multiple mobile phones and a stack of stolen and extracted identities including driving licenses and bank cards.

The loved ones were arrested and Simoudis was removed for asking where he admitted to secure the apartment with the fake ID.

Simoudis initially claimed that not all seized items were from him because a 'inflow of people had come through the apartment'.

He also claimed that the 1.4 Butanediol trek and the meth 'belonged to other people' but admitted that the cannabis was his.

Simoudis, however, told the police that the money came from selling drugs and it was his.

Simoudis then collaborated with researchers, but claimed that he “had not regularly sold drugs.”

“No, just because I was made superfluous from work,” Simoudis told the police.

During an earlier hearing, lawyers for Simoudis had submitted that their client had imposed the police on accused drug dealer Angelo Gargasoulas.

Simoudis claimed that Gargasoulas, the brother of Bourke Street Mall Massoordenaar James Gargasoulas, provided him with the drugs.

Gargasoulas is accused of large drug trafficking, but his things still have to be completed.

The cooperation on the police and the early guilty plea will get Simoudis a lighter punishment.

Simoudis, who lived in Sydney before moving to Melbourne, appeared on the radar of the police after he had used false references in April last year to secure an apartment in the city center.

He argued guilty of producing a false document that he used to pose as an employee of Mayne Pharma and the apartment in the inner east of Melbourne secured.

It is understood that Simoudis was a major annoyance for other tenants shortly after he arrived.

The court heard that the scheme was facilitated by Luxico, a chic Airbnb-type company that brings itself to the market for 'rock stars, families and everyone who likes to be treated as a VIP'.

Luxico Greenlit Simoudis after he had presented 'exemplary references' and claimed to be in Melbourne for 'work'.

It has been reported that Simoudis made life for tenants with all night parties and people who come and go at all hours.

AWitness also claimed that 'shady -looking men made' Simoudis' apartment door before he left shortly thereafter and it was reported that theft and material damage took place in the luxury residential complex.

The construction manager reported Simoudis to the police after a locally spotted notorious convicted Melbourne Drug Queen Tess Rowlatt, who apparently lived in the apartment.

The court of the magistrates of Melbourne heard that the police also discovered documents with Rowlatt's name in the apartment.

Daily Mail Australia does not suggest that Mrs. Rowlatt has committed an extra crime.

Police yacht Simoudis found that he was a registered sex offender who did not have aware of the authorities of an address change that he moved from one apartment to the other.

Simoudis, who has a conviction for the use of a service to take care of a child, argued guilty during the hearing of the magistrates to multiple hearing for several non -compliance with the reporting obligations of sex offenders.

Simoudis, who also pleads guilty of drug possession and identification information, and Talpau was arrested in the city center only eight days after walking in the apartment in Southbank.

Talpau was sentenced in January to a good behavioral bond of 12 months after he has been guilty of drug possession and possession of identification information.

Rowlatt, 35, exploded in shame after being caught on the actions of huge amounts of meth while circulating by various Melbourne Airbnb apartments.

The glamorous former marketing guru was convicted in February last year in the Melbourne County Court until 419 days behind bars after he was found guilty of trading a commercial amount of drugs.

Rowlatt was the target and secretly investigated by the Victoria Police Major Drug Squad Mid 2021.

The research lasted months and concerned hours of physical and electronic surveillance until Rowlatt was captured in October 2021.

Rowlatt was initially confronted with more than 70 charges, including trading a large commercial amount of meth and heroin trade and trade in the deadly party drug 1,4 butanediol.
