Bank staff is 'under pressure and overworked' because they will be confronted with a second round of Massa -Job in a year.
Wa-based bankwest, under the banner of MKBA, has moved to her parent company since 2022.
Three years later, the project is completed and 120 employees will lose their functions, of which only 30 is expected to be appointed directly elsewhere in the company.
It follows the decision to tag 400 roles last year, when the bank closed all its branches and switched to an exclusively digital service.
The trade union of the financial sector has said that employees are constantly at risk of losing their jobs. “
“Since the decision to record business seasons three years ago, Bankwest customers and employees have confronted with uncertainty,” said National Assistant Secretary Jason Hall.
“Our members told us time and again that they are under pressure and are overworked in many Bankwest areas because of the ruthless series of jobs and offshoring from the bank.”
A Bankwest spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia that the work for the 130-member transition team 'was always limited'.

The 130-year-old bank closed 45 branches last year.
Fifteen remaining branches in regional areas were renamed Rebranded under Commonwealth Bank.
All 400 employees at those locations were offered new positions, with more than 300 for accepting them.
The bank said that 500 CBA group roles in technology, activities and customer service would move to WA 'to support the digital transition from Bankwest'.
“Unfortunately, the WA government was sold here a puppy – 500 group roles were promised in exchange for bankwest that went completely digitally,” said Mr. Hall.

“That dedication was clearly an empty promise of SKBA to take the heat to leave a whole community.
“Our members told us time and again that they are under pressure and are overworked in many Bankwest areas because of the ruthless series of jobs and offshoring from the bank.”
The trade union said it will write to WA treasurer Rita Saffioti to find an urgent meeting and intervene immediately.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Minister Saffioti for comment.
In 1995, the WA government sold Bankwest to the British Bank of Scotland, which itself became part of Lloyds Banking Group, based in London.
In 2008, Lloyds sold Bankwest to Commonwealth Bank for $ 2.1 billion.
MKBA expanded the Bankwest brand to Major East Coast Cities as a challenger, despite being the property of the largest bank in the nation. But then it withdrew in 2018 to being a WA -Bank.
From 2024, around 2,100 branches have been closed over all major banking institutions in six years.
