Donald Trump called it 'shameful' that judge James Boasberg was somehow assigned to another case in which his administration was involved and claimed that the Obama appointed them 'grabs' as an act of retribution.
Boasberg has already become one of Trump's most hated judges after a statement in mid-March to block Trump's deportation flights from illegal immigrant gangs.
The move has led to Trump Boasberg of accusing “to use the power of the presidency,” while the Republicans have argued that the judge is being accused – leading the Supreme Court of the Supreme Court John Roberts to defend Boasberg.
Now Boasberg has been assigned to a case brought by a Watchdog Group against different members of the Trump administration who accidentally add a journalist to a signal chat in which they discussed sensitive plans to attack Houthi goals in Yemen.
Trump expressed himself against the appointment of Boasberg in a post to Truth Social just after midnight Thursday.
“How shameful it is that 'judge' James Boasberg has just received a fourth 'Trump case', something that is statistically impossible,” he said.

However, Roberts issued a stunning reprimand after Trump called for Boasberg's accusation.
But Trump insisted that liberal judges are trying to adopt the powers of the presidency 'without getting 80 million votes', saying that the' danger 'that they could cause' is' unparalleled '.
“A president must be able to act quickly and decisively about things such as recurring murderers, drugs, rapists and other such type of criminals back to their home country, or to other locations that make our country safe,” he added.
