Last week the diocese of Cleveland issued a statement that their leadership, which chairs the two churches where Andino is currently employed, were 'shocked and relieved' by the allegations.
They told Fox News that they had placed him on unpaid leave while the investigation is underway.
Andino did not owe all the charges during his hearing on March 19.
He was released on a bond of $ 50,000, with the condition that he is not allowed to have contact with the alleged victim in the case.
