The X of Elon Musk, formally known as Twitter, has been hit by a major malfunction that teases users throughout the country.
The platform, which Musk bought for $ 44 billion, went off around 2.30 p.m. while users noticed that the app and the website are not working.
Down detector, a site that monitors online disruptions, shows that the malfunction is largely affected by the eastern half of the US.
By 3 p.m., more than 50,000 X users had reported a problem for the website of the interference check.
Although the problems seemed to start in the east, the biggest problem zones are now centered in large midwest cities such as Dallas, Chicago and Minneapolis.
According to judicial files, Musk officially moved X -head office to Bastrop, Texas in 2024.
Bastrop is only 200 miles south of Dallas, one of the worst affected areas at the moment.
