A woman from Texas was left in the hospital after the pit bull of a neighbor attacked malignant and had torn part of her face in her own front garden.
Yvonne Randle, 76, ran her front garden on Southbridge Road in Houston on Wednesday evening when two dogs came running to her from a house across the street, according to a supervisory video.
In a panic when the animals ran to her, the older woman withdrew from the dogs and out of sight of the camera when she said that one of them was starting to attack her.
She tried to ward off, looking for something to use in her defense, but while she knelt to pick up every weapon she could find, one of the 'bloodthirsty' corner teeth struck her.
“I tried to reach the ground, maybe pick up a brick or something from the flower bed, and he hit me,” she said, and told the attack to ABC13.
Randle said it was after she was on the floor that the pit bull began to gnaw at her chin.
“He tried to get my throat and I said,” Oh my God. This dog is going to kill me, “she told the outlet.

Uncertain about what they had to do subsequently, Randle said she threw her hands up to protect herself, but the neighbor's dog then started biting one of her hands – eventually she broke her thumb.
Her moving screams eventually caught the attention of her son, who lives next to the door, as well as the owners of the dog.
'There were visible signs of shock. She couldn't catch her breath, she couldn't really talk at that moment, “said Randle's son, Damien.
Surveillance images showed the hectic owners, who claimed that they left their dogs in the back garden and that it was 'somehow free', racing across the street – one who lost both shoes in the hurried dashboard – to catch the wild dogs.
'If they are loose, put a belt on it so that they can control them. Don't let them run alone. Because I have seen the dog everywhere nearby, “said Randle.
The Houston police have since cited the dog owners for not securing the dog, not vaccinating and having no dog permit.
The next day, after an almost hour -long discussion, the owner finally handed over the dog.
The city of Houston in the municipal hiding place of Houston, Barc, said it has since placed the Pitbull in quarantine.

“If nobody was here and if I didn't hear her there, it could have been a whole, very, very, very different day,” said Randle's son, Damien.
Randle has since returned from the hospital, her thumb in a cast and her face pulled from the violent and not led attack.
Only a few days earlier, on Sunday, a 65-year-old woman was killed by three dogs in northeastern Houston when they broke through a fence and attacked her in her backyard, according to ABC13.
The name of the woman still has to be released if an investigation into the deadly incident remains underway.
