A 14-year-old boy died more than a week after being injured in a horrible collision of e-scooter in Manchester.
Greater Manchester's police said the boy and another 14-year-old man on the scooter rode to Southmoor Road, close to the intersection with Altrincham Road in the city, on March 19.
They collided with a car and came to rest on a third vehicle close to a Lidl supermarket in the Wythenshawe area.
Emergency services were looked at the stage after the crash, which took place around 4 p.m.
An air ambulance was one of the means sent to attend the wounded.
One of the boys was taken to the hospital from the stage, but died of his injuries on Thursday morning.
His family is supported by specialized officers as the research continues.
The other boy was not seriously injured.

Detective agent Steven Pennington, of the serious collision unit of the power, said: 'A young boy has tragically lost his life after this collision and our condolences are with his family and friends.
“Our work in the circumstances of the collision is still underway and we continue to ask everyone with relevant information to contact us while we continue our work.”
The Manchester Evening News reported earlier that a car was seen with a broken windshield on the spot.
Anyone who has witnessed the incident of CCTV, dashcam or doorbell images is asked to contact officers via 101 or gmp.police.uk, stating LOG 2263 of 19/03/25.
Private e-scooters are banned from the roads in Great Britain, whereby the law states that they can only be used legally in private land.
An exemption applies to rental-E-scooters that are managed by companies such as Lime and VOI, which rent out the vehicles under a license issued by the government.
