A vegan diet is based on plants such as vegetables, grains, nuts and fruit. Veganists refrain from eating foods from animals, including meat, eggs, dairy products and honey.
Although a carnivore meal plan only makes the consumption of meat, poultry, eggs, seafood, fish, some dairy products and water possible, eliminating all other types of foods.
Because of the naturally lower calorie density of a vegan diet, a higher fiber content and the emphasis on whole and unprocessed foods, vegans feel the tendency to feel more full and reduces their overall calorie -intake – which leads to weight loss and the occurrence of obesity.
They are usually also rich in fiber, antioxidants, saturated fat and cholesterol, which can reduce the risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes and reduce the risk of certain types of cancer, such as intestinal, breast and prostate cancer.

The former Playmate said: 'I went on a layer of histamine diet, I went to everything from them. Finally, my functional medicine doctor said to me last year: “It's time for you to go full carnivore”.
“And I'm like that, ugh, okay. I come from Chicago, so I can handle it, but it just felt very low vibrating hard for me. I was eating a lot more [type of person] And do this kind of light things.

The vegan diet shot famous after several health reports showed that obesity was a common and chronic illness in millions of Americans.
More than 200 million Americans older than 25 years and nearly 50 million children and adolescents between the ages of five and 24 are expected to be obese by 2050.
In 2024, however, researchers found P.Lant-based Diets could be loaded with sodium, which can raise blood pressure, packed with obesity -sized saturated fat and stripped of calcium from bone construction.
They evaluated more than 700 vegetable food that was sold in supermarkets, including alternatives for hamburgers, sausages, milk, cheese and yogurt, as well as vegan staples such as beans and tofu.
The group found only half a cup of tofu contained 2,000 milligrams of sodium, worth almost a whole day, according to the American guidelines.
In addition, trendy coconut milk was loaded with saturated fat, more than six times those of other milk alternatives.
And more than 90 percent of the analyzed cheeses were not reinforced with calcium, which is essential for the growth and maintaining bone health.
“We thought that some products contain so much salt or saturated fat, we would have trouble calling them 'healthy',” the researchers wrote for the conversation.

In addition, experts have discovered that eating ultra-processed vegetable products-such as vegan sausages or hamburgers that are intended to replace food on the basis of animals, as well as cakes and chips are connected to a 15 percent higher risk of suffering heart attacks and strokes.
That is, according to an analysis of the diets of more than 118,000 participants from the British Biobank study.
Packed with fat, salt and loaded with sugar, ultra-processed foods have long been charged to increase the heart attack and the rise in stroke.
Dr. Eszter Vamos, co-author of the study, of the Imperial College London's School of Public Health, said: 'Fresh vegetable foods such as fruit and vegetables, whole-grain and legumes are known to have important health and environmental benefits.
“Although ultra-processed foods are often marketed as healthy food, this large study suggests that vegetable ultra-processed foods do not seem to have protective health effects and are linked to poor health results.”
However, there can be countless health benefits on a balanced vegetarian diet.
Research published in Lancet Regional Health – Europe, found DEaths of Heart Disease decreased with a fifth among vegetarians who consumed the least ultra-processed food and there was a decrease of 13 percent in cardiovascular disorders in general.
While the Carnivore diet continues to announce, experts started to warn against the effect that meat diets can have the health of heart and kidney.

Although there are no controlled studies to support claims, the Carnivoor -diet can help solve health problems and relatively healthier, the followers claim that it has treated their depression, fear, arthritis, obesity and diabetes.
Eating a lot of proteins, especially of red meat and some fish, can cause the body to make more uric acid. Too much of it can build up in the kidneys and form crystals that can turn into uric acid stones.
High proteins can also ensure that the body challenges more calcium through urine.
Combining excess calcium with oxalates, naturally occurring connections in the body and vegetable foods, to form stiff kidney stones.
Moreover, Dr. warned Shireen Kassam, the founder and director of vegetable health workers, also that a heavily animal diet, in essence, contains zero fiber and high amounts of saturated fat and cholesterol in the diet.
This can increase the chance of diabetes, heart conditions, stroke and dementia.
Exclusive vegetable food also leads to shortcomings in important micronutrients, including magnesium, potassium and vitamin C – all of which are essential for maintaining overall health.
Dr. Kassam said: 'The carnivore diet is nutritional unbalanced, non -durable and potentially harmful in the long term.
“Although the benefits can arise in the short term from eliminating processed foods, there are many healthier ways to achieve health goals without sacrificing essential nutrients.”
A survey from 2021, however, showed that despite the prominent shortcomings of the diet, adults consuming a carnivore of diet has few adverse effects and, instead, reported health benefits and 95 percent satisfaction.
