The surprise from Nazeeh Johnson to the Kansas City was received by certain parts of Chiefs Kingdom with shock and surprise – but the cornerback has his mother to protect him.
The Super Bowl Runners Up announced the new deal of Cornerback Johnson on Thursday, while head coach Andy Reid rebuilt his selection for the 2025 season.
The 26 -year -old struggled in 2024 in the four starts he made – he had a total of 16 performances in total – but he still has a shot to strengthen a place in the defense of Steve Spagnuolo.
The news was greeted with surprise by Chiefs, with one who said: “I missed a few days … Is it already April?”
Another wrote: “Another year of burnt, blowing coverings and not tackling it, I am so excited.”
But Johnson's mother, Kisha Brown, looked at the comments and was not willing to ignore them.
