Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice is attacked for his lack of accountability about a year after his hit-and-run of several vehicles in Dallas.
The former SMU star is still waiting for eight criminal prosecution to a large jury of Dallas County who will decide whether the case will continue against him.
Without an indictment or no bill, rice and the victims, who pursue legal steps against him, are uncertain.
In the midst of the break, a lawyer insisted on the civil case that the status of Rice and the position of his council in the state policy had 'inappropriate influence' in the procedure.
Kyler Coker, who represents the company that one of the tamered cars in the accident, blamed the delay at the Dallas County District Attorney's office.
“If this was a different person than a football player who retained a senator of the state, this would have gone very differently,” Coker said. “I don't want everyone to forget, and I don't want to leave the man out.”

The chiefs have not mentioned whether rice is confronted with disciplinary measures for the rapid crash

Is Senator Royce West, who represents rice, called the accusations of the lawyer incorrect, but refused to work out when Rice last awarded the victims. West noted that the case is still being processed, making it inappropriate to resolve it in the media.
“What happened was a shame and we do everything we can do to make sure that the victims are being treated honestly,” said West. “We are looking for solutions, not fame.”
The Chiefs of Kansas City still have to comment on whether Rice is confronted with disciplinary measures from the former Super Bowl champions. In the meantime, NFL spokesperson Brian McCarthy said that the incident is still being revised.
