A Republican representative has claimed that NBC is sticking to a video tape that proves that Lee Harvey Oswald President John F. Kennedy did not kill.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla, made the daring claims while he appeared on Fox News on Friday evening alongside host Jesse Watters.

Luna had talked about the recent release of more than 80,000 pages of new material by the national archive with regard to the murder of JFK.

Watters had interviewed Luna if she believes that all documents with regard to the death of Kennedy were released.

She replied: 'We are tracing two specific documents. I would like to tell the American people, NBC has a video that has never been seen before.

'It is said to show Oswald near the vehicle when the murder took place, which means that he could not have been the shooter. We follow all this information. '

Waters replied: “You say that NBC has held this tape from Oswald under Wraps?”

Luna continued: 'Right. Director Stone told us that he got this band, and he could open the entire JFK research. '
