An urgent warning was fueled after a female jogger was caught from behind during an early morning run in the north of Adelaide.
The woman jogged along a pedestrian path next to a train station in Coglin Street in Brompton around 8 am on Friday when she was attacked.
The police said that the woman had just caught up with the man, who was walking in the same direction when he reached forward and grabbed her.
The jogger broke away from the man's handle and immediately went to the police.
She was not injured in the attack.
The man is described as outdated in his late 40s to early 1950s, about 178 cm long, and with a medium build and short 'stragly' black/gray hair.
The woman said he was wearing brown pants, a dark sweater, and had a tank -colored backpack.
The area has no CCTV and the police asks someone with information about the incident to contact them.
