British Hindu extremists are alliances with extreme right-wing groups about their 'common hatred' of Muslims, says a police in lighting report that is seen by the mail on Sunday.
The study also claims that the extremists who are tailored to the hard Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India are feared to interfere in British elections by telling Hindus to which parties should vote and what to avoid.
The Secret Report, compiled by the National Police Chiefs' Council (NPCC), says that Hindu extremism – which is known as Hindutva – can worsen community relationships between Hindus and other religious groups such as Muslims and Sikhs.
The study, written by the National Community Tension Team, comes two months after the Home Office has completed its so-called 'Rapid Sprint' on extremism in Great Britain.
That Sprint Review called Hindutva as a 'extremism of care' and played a role in the violent unrest that took place in Leicester in the summer of 2022. It was the first time Hindutva was mentioned as a care in a government report.
It said: 'Hindutva is a political movement that differs from Hinduism that argues for the hegemony of Indian Hindus and the establishment of a monolithic Hindu Rastra or is in India.
“Tensions between Hindu and Muslim communities in the UK are still clear and the events in Leicester show how disinformation can play a role in offline action.”
The NPCC report said that the extreme right-wing activist, Tommy Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, has already met a few Hindu groups to promote anti-Muslim campaigns, and added that his presence of British Media was welcomed.

Breivik 'has praised the Hindutva ideology' in its manifesto, and mentioned Modi's party, the BJP and another Indian extremist group called RSS as resources of information, the report said.
However, the NPCC paper makes it clear that moderate Hindus have condemned the alliance between Hindutva and white supremacists in Great Britain.
The newspaper also emphasized the concern that Hindutva – extremists – who are tailored to the BJP of the Lord Modi – interfere with the elections of Great -Britain.
