A man who lives in the neighborhood told The Daily News that the noise of the crash sounded like an 'earthquake'.
He said: “I ran quickly, called 911, reported it there. There was emergency Hatzalah there on stage within two minutes after that phone call, they came in there.
“They conducted resuscitation on the lady. There was another child next to it … and they did CPR on them.
“There was a little boy who did the resuscitation, and hopefully they got a pulse on him. Just really ugly scene. '
