The floor and increasingly bitter row between Prince Harry and the chair of Sentebale is a serious blow to the prince.
The charity institution has been close to his heart since his gap year when he fell in love with Lesotho while he did volunteer work in an orphanage. He quickly founded Sentebale with Prince Seeiso of the African country.
It gave Harry a mission, which he saw as an extension of the work of his deceased mother. He often said he had dedicated himself for life, but last week he withdrew 'to further share'.
Prince Harry only had two remaining causes of his old life, for which he was trained and where his charm and talents served him well: Sentebale and the Invictus games.
Observers will have seen how his face lights up in discussing this – in contrast to the grim and sometimes confused look that he now often wears in California.
The reason for this is simple. When working for Sentebale and the Invictus games, he brings something into life and does not work for personal gain.
The curious thing about the Invictus games is that Prince Harry has done fantastic work in encouraging wounded soldiers, they were no victims by giving them active in sport.
And yet in every statement, albeit in Netflix interviews or in his book, he made himself a victim.

In his Californian life he and his wife took the famous route. This means that they are constantly reinventing themselves to remain relevant, and in the sense that they have proved to be quite successful. They certainly attract publicity.
But this has also changed the endless direction instead if something goes wrong.
The Sentebale Row has the characteristics of how difficult Harry and Meghan can be as employers that we have seen before.
Even when in Frogmore Cottage, before they caught working on Royals, Meghan was so rude to the sub-gardener that the deceased queen stepped into her vehicle and drove to check her.
Since then there have been countless examples of stopping staff, sometimes abrupt or at important moments, such as when John Kettler, their staff chef, left behind on the eve of their visit to Colombia.
Working Royals have a back-up team to advise them. The Sussexen fores a lonely path.
Probably, if all goes well, everything is good at the office. But if they don't, the tension builds up and temperature.

There are rumors about bullying in the workplace, and no doubt some of them are well substantiated.
The fall-out with Sentebale, it seems, just the suspicion that they are not easy people to work with. The Sussex brand is now infected – if it was not yet – that the chairman of Sentebale Dr. Sophie Chandauk seemed to have taken over when she refused a request from Harry's team to defend Meghan after negative stories in the media.
The Duchess has strived to separate her personal brand from Harry, who is practically invisible in her later companies.
But under no illusion, nobody would take the trouble to see what she is doing, but for whom she married – what somehow gives a soap operation quality to their story.
Their brands have been entangled, which will harm the other damage, the other will inevitably damage.
It is food to think for the Duchess, because the second series of her with love, Meghan Lifestyle Show is announced, where she will use someone else's kitchen to distribute petals in salads between outfit changes (I suspect that Netflix has announced the return of the show because it had already been filmed and they have been filmed).
