A night out at a concert turned into tragedy when a simple accident a beloved father cost his life in what family members call a 'meaningless act of violence'.
Tommy Lee Benson, 47, enjoyed an evening with his wife during an R&B concert in Oklahoma on March 22, when an apparently common event – accidentally knocked someone's drink over – left him in a deadly confrontation.
Security cameras at the location conquered the horrible moment when three men – Jarmey Dewayne Jones, 39, Mario Dewayne Glover, 42, and Kaleb Rashod Harris, 36 – reportedly surrounded and attacked Benson at death.
The police responded to the violent scene around 12.30, when they found a large crowd around Benson, who was beaten on the floor and unconscious, as reported by the local news exit KWTV.
He was rushed to a hospital, but tragically collapsed with his injuries.
The fatal fight is said to have led over a spilled drink from one of the friends of the attackers.
Allegedly, shocking images Benson shows with his hands lifted in surrender, and tries to withdraw while the trio closed on him.
According to judicial documents, Glover initiated the attack by beating Benson, who briefly defended himself before trying to flee.

Jones would then have overlooked Benson with a chair and hit him unconscious.
Then Harris repeatedly hit the defenseless man in the face until a witness finally intervened, the police said.
All three suspects have been booked in the prison of the province on complaints about second -degree murder, according to Oklahoma City Free Press.
The bond of each man is set to $ 10 million.
Benson's destroyed family said: “He was a beloved husband, father and dad, who was taken from us in a meaningless act of violence,” according to a statement to KFOR.

The event flyer advertised two bottles of 'top board fluid' on VIP ticket holders and was sponsored by various marijuana pharmacies.
