The princess of Wales broke the tradition with her annual Mother's Day post – sharing a moving video.
The clip, which celebrates the power of Mother Nature, was accompanied by a statement that was unsubscribed by Catherine, 43.
She wrote: 'Nature has been our refuge in the past year. This Mother's Day, let's celebrate mother nature and recognize how our bond with the natural world can help not only cherish our inner self, but also remind us of the role we play in the rich carpet of life. C. ''
Kate himself appears only briefly in the video to touch the bark of a tree, and her face was not shown.
Her husband Prince William was only seen by the back of his legs, accompanied by the family dog, Orla.
Various natural environments from the entire VK, including forests, beaches and the oceans and fields, are shown in the video.
The absorption of these natural environments refers to the connection of people with the natural world, which suggests how to spend time in the outdoors.
