Critics have hit Saturday Night live for launching an attack on Pete Hegseeth and insinuating that he drinks at work, because they fooled the main secret war plans of the Trump government.
After his return from a two -week interruption, SNL opened the show with a group treasure that teased the National Security Team of Donald Trump to add an editor of the Atlantic Ocean to a military group cat.
The White House was confronted last week with fierce return when the editor-in-chief of the Atlantic Jeffrey Goldberg revealed that he was added to a Signal App Group with vice-president JD VANCE, State Secretary Marco Rubio, Minister of Defense Pete Hegseth and other civil servants.
SNL's Cold Open contained a group of teenage girls played by Mikey Madison, Ego Nwodim and Sarah Sherman whose group chat was infiltrated by Hegseeth, played by Andrew Dismukes.
'For your information, green light on Yemen Raid. Tomahawks Airborne 15 minutes ago, “said Dismukes. 'Who is ready to increase some Houthi rebels? Flag emoji, flag emoji, flag emoji, fire emoji, eggplant. '
“Israel bends better and spreads it,” Dismukes continued. 'Baller. Water squirt emoji. God bless the troops. Eggplant.'
Vance, played by Bowen Yang, then went into the chat and they started to make jokes that Hegseeth drank at work.
“Well, I'm going to be bad and make myself a jacket and coke to celebrate, only the one,” said Dismukes.

“Nice, you promised to stop drinking when you got the job, but it's like saying in Aa, only the one is okay,” Bowen said.
During his confirmation hearing, Hegseeth promised that he would not drink in his position at all if the leader of the Pentagon after accusations in the past that he was drunk on Fox News several times.
Later in the show during the weekend update segment Colin Jost De Groepchat Blunder and also made personal attacks on Hegseeth.
“This week we learned that our entire national security team has the SMS skills of my aunt Janet,” said Jost.
“Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseeth, seen here, in which it is indicated how many days since his last drink in detailed attack plans for an air raid in Yemen sent to a text chain,” he said with a photo of Hegseeth who held a zero with his fist.
Jost mocked Hegseeth's reaction to reporters about the leaked messages and compared him with Tom Hank's famous character Forrest Gump and said, “Expect for Hegseeth, life looks more like a box of wine.”
Furious viewers came to the defense of Hegseeth and made SNL to launch personal attacks on the sensitive issue.
'You really have to go after the clowns at SNL for their “hit job” open on Pete Hegseeth. Even according to their standards it was pure slander. Actually called him a foolish drunk that deliberately shared secrets. Nowhere to find a fact, “said one person.

'Unfortunately fools look at SNL that predictable Hegseeth Belasterse. Must be a way to derail these stubborn bastards that have such a total contempt for the truth. Pete is clear. Called him a drunken that gave away secrets. A lot of trouble? '
Another said: 'Snl mocked Pete Hegseeth, but real patriots know that he is a warrior that cleans up global mess. God bless our troops and strong leaders. '
Others claimed that the personal attacks were not funny and the show struck for losing his sense of humor.
“The SNL Signalgate kit is really stupid,” said a person. SNL must be pretty desperate, “said another.
“Typical and superfluous from SNL, their so -called humor is just as absurd as almost everything that Dei had to do,” said a third person.
“Every chance that someone could really make this show funny again,” added a fourth.
