No further action will be taken against a man who has been arrested on suspicion of murder after three people, including a four -year -old girl, died in a horror Northhamemshire Village Fire.
The 54-year-old was released tonight from detention with the police who said in a statement that it does not believe that there is any evidence of 'criminal misconduct'.
A 30-year-old woman, 23-year-old man and four-year-old girl were all killed in a fire in a historic building in the village of Rushton, near heretical, on Friday evening.
The investigation of the police of Northamptonshire worked 'in pace' with the power that said it was 'only good that an incident such as this is treated with the greatest seriousness'.
Emergency services were called on Friday around 10.30 pm on the Grade II-raised former Master's House on Friday.

In a statement that was released tonight, the detective inspector Ruby Burrow, of the East Midlands Special Operations Unit,: 'It is only good that an incident such as this is treated with the biggest seriousness, to ensure that we have done everything to understand what happened to understand what happened and their living.
'In some cases this requires that arrests are made to best protect potential evidence.
'Our team worked on this study on pace and after a rigorous investigation of the available information, we do not believe that there is currently evidence of criminal misconduct.
'As a result, the arrested man has been released without an indictment and will now be supported by specialized officers while he continues to help the research team.
“The families involved were kept informed about this development and I would repeat our request for their privacy to be respected to this incredibly painful time.”

Chief Inspector Cash said: 'On Friday evening, the emergency services were called for a devastating fire at Road station, Rushton who tragically resulted in the death of three people.
'We believe that they are a four-year-old girl, a 30-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man.
“On behalf of everyone involved in responding to this fire, I would like to express our deepest and sincere participation to the family, friends and loved ones of those who died.”
He said that there is a 'thorough investigation' underway, in collaboration with Northhamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service, 'to find the answers that their loved ones need and deserve'.
The families involved are kept informed through their family businesses, he explained: “Our thoughts will stay with all this incredibly difficult time.”
He added: 'Although the emergency services are well trained and prepared for challenging situations, a job like this is still incredibly difficult for all of us.
'Those who responded to this call-out on Friday evening, both emergency services and locals, did everything to try to help, and I would like to emphasize their incredibly brave and selfless efforts.
“I know how difficult it was for everyone involved that they could no longer do and I know their thoughts are with everyone who has been hit.”

He thanked the community in Rushton for their 'support and patience' while investigations continue.
The officer said: 'We know that this incident was considerably caused locally and our officers stay in the area to offer reassurance and to help where we can.
“On behalf of the families involved, I would ask that their privacy is respected at this difficult time.”
Senior research officer Detective Chief Inspector Ruby Burrow, of the East Midlands Special Operations Unit, said: “This is a heartbreaking situation and my thoughts, and those involved in responding to this fire are among the people who died and those who love them.”
She also explained that an 'incredibly thorough and complex investigation' is currently underway in collaboration with the fire brigade of the province.
She said: “Because of the intensity of the fire, we manage a very challenging and dangerous scene and work together with partners to recover the deceased safely and respectfully to make formal identification possible.”
The officer also thanked the Rushton community 'for their help and patience while we continued our meticulous work' – mainly because the fire had caused 'considerable need' locally.

The vice -chairman of Rushton Parish Council, Mike Brightman, said: “It is a very sad day for the village and lost some of our residents in such a horrible way.”
