Kim Delaney was arrested after an alleged 'heated argument that became physically' with her partner, James Morgan, on Saturday.

Sources told TMZ that 'paramedics came to scene to see if Kim and John were injured' and that after they were both medically deleted, the police brought them to prison.
Delaney was eventually accused of crime attack that would probably cause a lot of physical injury.
In the meantime, Morgan was accused of crime domestic violence.

In January 2024, Delaney was sued by a motorcyclist named Dzhamal Badalov, who claimed that she fled the stage after she crashed her car in November 2022 in November 2022.
In documents, obtained by TMZ, there are then witnesses of the incident that Delaney drove irregularly before the alleged crash.
In his lawsuit, Badalov says that he was stopped in a red light in November 2022 when Delaney reportedly collapsed in his bike.

He writes that the crash threw him from his motorcycle and at the intersection.
Badalov also says that Delaney initially tried to drive away after he got his bike, but spectators prevented them from escaping.
It is unclear whether Delaney tried to communicate with Badalov or controlled to see if he was injured during the interaction.
He further claims that the actress then left her vehicle and called an unknown person on her phone.

However, Badalov says that Delaney seemed to be disoriented when she made the call, which suggests that she was possible under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
He claimed that the victim adds that Delaney apparently let him speak with the person on the other side of the line, which he claimed to offer him a non -specific amount if he allow the actress to leave the stage without calling the police.
Badalov said that he refused the alleged offer, and he says that the person on the phone then told Delaney that he had to flee the scene, although it is unclear whether he heard them from the phone.
Delaney is said to wipe away before the police could respond, allowing Badalov to be submitted to tighten his lawsuit.
In April 2024, Delaney was instructed to do 50 hours of community service and to complete the mothers against drunk Driving Program (MADD) about the alleged incident by 2022.
