The deeply driven families of different girls who are reportedly abused by a pedophile piano teacher, continue a private school in Texas for a 'cover-up'.
Trent Muse, a former teacher at the Trinity Valley High School in Fort Worth, is accused of sexual abuse of 16 students ranging in age of six to 11 years old.
A lawsuit launched by the families on 25 March blows Muse like a 'serial pedophile that was not left, without supervision and only behind a closed door with vulnerable children' in the 2022-2023 academic year.
Trinity Valley, who charges a little less than $ 30,000 a year, is accused of 'deliberate concealment and continuous cover-up of this widespread sexual abuse' that 'caused injury to at least 16 children and probably more'.
Parents say that Muse 'masturbated for the students, their legs, chest and genital areas has touched, forced them to touch his penis, put his penis on them and repeatedly exposed his penis to countless basic years' piano lessons'.
“Muse even created sadistic 'games' for students in which he would reward students with' prizes' after he forced them to touch him and vice versa, 'is the court case.
'In at least one case, a child fought with muse, who pulled blood, but that didn't stop him. He continued to subject his young victims to abuse of non -starting. '
The lawsuit claims that the Trinity School staff 'knew something that it was wrong' because an employee “witnessed a child crying while Muse forced her physically in piano lessons.”

“School staff also witnessed Muse who was wrongly affectionate while he returned a student to her homeroma,” the legal document continues.
“Teachers were concerned about the inappropriate behavior of Muse, but the abuse of Muse was allowed to continue by the negligent and completely inadequate protocols of the defendants for the prevention, detecting and tackling of such behavior and protecting young children under their care.”
The suit describes Muse as 'a man in his mid -twenties without earlier teaching experience' that 'piano lessons' gave in a 'small and remote' classroom on campus with no working cameras.
Trinity, which is located in Trinity Heights on the southwestern edge of Fort Worth, even allowed Muse to give piano lessons after hours and during school holidays when no one was around, according to the court case.
When a family complained about Muse to Trinity, the school did not take enough steps to tackle this misconduct or even communicate with parents of piano students what had happened, “the parents said.
“Instead, Trinity Valley hid the misconduct of the piano students families and repeatedly loved it against them,” the court case claims.
Trinity finally rejected Muse in April 2023, but said he had left for 'personal reasons', according to the suit.
“The school even went so far to encourage families to continue lessons with Muse outside the campus and in the affirmative incorrectly proposed to parents in writing that there was” no reason for concern “with regard to the departure of Muse,” said the court case.
'The school completely hid the fact that it had reported the behavior of Muse to CPS (child protection services).

The lawsuit focuses on school board employees, including President Brant Martin (photo)

'As if that was not enough, the school and the board doubled about their concealment by working together to discover someone who tried the full extent of the misconduct of the Muse – instructing teachers that they would be dismissed for discussing the' Situation 'Situation' with parents. '
Judicial documents show that Muse was arrested in June 2024 and was accused of at least five counts of indecentness with a child.
The lawsuit focuses on various school board employees, including President Brant Martin, vice -president Kit Ulrich, secretary Maxwell Lea and treasurer Mindy Hegi.
They also mention former President Jenny Rosell and 'committee members who are or were involved to help the school tackle some of the allegations', Geth Chettiar and Palmer Lummis.
Trinity Valley School has released a statement in response to the lawsuit.
“Since the arrest of the former piano teacher Trent Muse last year, Trinity Valley School has remained steadfast in its dedication to support our students and families and seek answers as well as possible,” the school said.
'After the school had received a report from an incident involving Mr Muse in April 2023, he was immediately terminated from his position and a report was made to child protection services.
'When learning his arrest in June 2024, we immediately started an investigation from third parties to understand the circumstances surrounding the termination of Mr Muse and the actions of the school with regard to his departure.
'Out of respect for the privacy of those involved and because of the current legal proceedings, we are limited in what we can share publicly.
“However, we will continue to navigate this process with the compassion, sensitivity and thoughtfulness that our community deserves.”
The families demand compensation for damage to emotional need, medical costs, tuition fees, loss of pleasure of life, pain and suffering and the costs of launching the lawsuit.
