A top banker was killed on Saturday afternoon at a plane crash in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
Terry Dolan, the vice chairman and main administration officer of US Bancorp, was the pilot in the vessel that crashed to a house yesterday, the company said on Sunday.
The plane with one motorcycle fell out of the air around 12.30 in a quiet residential area in Brooklyn Park.
The entire house broke out in flames, causing waves of black smoke to get up in the air, so that first response evacuates the area.
There were no survivors on the plane, the fire brigade commander said during a press conference. Fortunately there was no one in the house at the time of the crash.
The plane was a Socata TBM7, a business plane with one engine. It departed from the Moines International Airport and was on the way to Minneapolis.
According to the bank's website, Dolan Vice chairman and main administration officer (CAO) of US Bancorp – and he became CAO in 2023.
“His role includes supervision of business strategy, marketing, analysis, corporate social responsibility, digital possibilities and growth, public affairs and communication and transformation,” said his biography.

Dolan was also known for his charity and community work – including helping homeless people, investing in art and culture and increasing higher education.
The banker served in the boards of directors for Catholic charities, the Minnesota Opera, Artspace, the Minneapolis Foundation, the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University.
He also served as chairman for the Killebrew Thompson Memorial Board of Directors.
Dolan obtained a bachelor's degree at the University of St. Thomas.

Since the first of the year, various planes have been involved in fiery collisions.
