A toddler was kicked out of the nursery after being accused of transphobia, according to new figures.
The child, three or four years old, was suspended for 'abuse against sexual orientation', according to data from the Ministry of Education.
The violations took place in the Academy Year 2022-23 at a state school, according to the Telegraph.
Statistics indicate that 94 students at comparable primary institutions were suspended in the same year or permanently excluded for transphobia or homophobia.
This included 10 students of years 1 and three from year 2, where the maximum age was seven, and one child was the daycare center.
Helen Joyce, director of advocacy in sexual affairs, said: 'Occasionally the extremes of gender ideology give a story that seems to be crazy, and a toddler who is suspended for a daycare for so -called “transphobia” or homophobia is such an example.
“Teachers and school leaders involved in this madness must be ashamed of projecting adult concepts and beliefs on such young children.”

At all primary schools and state schools, the number of suspended or expanded students for homophobic or transfobe behavior increased from 164 in 2021-22 to 178 in 2022-23.
The largest number of suspensions for this reason in 2022-23 was in Essex, with 16, followed by Birmingham, 15, Bradford, 11 and Norfolk, eight.
Figures started in the 2020-21 academic year.
Lord Young, director of the Free Speech Union, said: “I would have thought that if your ideology is so rigid that it justifies you that you have punished toddlers because you have not complied with it, that is a powerful argument to throw it away in favor of a little less dogmatic.”
The Ministry of Education said: 'All students and employees must feel safe and protected at school and should never be confronted with violence or abuse.
'The educational secretary is clear that she expects school leaders to enforce good behavior and we are committed to an extensive program of behavioral support for schools.
“Our plan for change distinguishes our ruthless focus to ensure that every child gets the best life chances.”
In 2022, a Church of England School on the island of Wight warned the parents of a six -year -old boy that he would be considered 'transphobic' if he interviewed another student who was wearing a dress.

Transphobia rows in education came to a highlight in 2021 when feminist professor Kathleen shares were 'canceled' and forced to leave the University of Sussex in 2021.
Her violations include in 2020 that 'the claim' transvrouwen women are 'fiction is, not literally true' and 'spaces where women undress and sleep really must stay single-sex to protect them'.
Last week Sussex £ 585,000 was charged for not maintaining the freedom of expression – the largest fine ever given to a university.
