Joe Rogan has sensational split with Trump over his most important mass migration policy, whereby the possibility is that innocent people could prove in a 'hell on earth' prison due to an administrative error.
Trump's decision to call the Alien Enemies Act in wartime to send hundreds of suspected gang members to a notorious El Salvadorian prison has fueled lawsuits and protests.
But Rogan's conviction of the decision in the midst of reports innocent citizens were wrongly mixed with criminals, could be the biggest blow to administration so far.
“It's terrible,” he said.
'You have to get afraid that people who are not criminals, such as, will be lasso and deported and sent to the prisons of El Salvador.
“This is a bit strange that that could be possible. That's terrible. And that is again, that is bad for the cause.
“The cause is: let's get the gang members out. Everyone agrees. But let's not, innocent gay chapters, be sustained with the gangs. '

As such, his opinion about the policy of the administration has a huge influence with his fan base.
In his first two months back in the White House, he largely supported Trump's radical acts, but Rogan pulled the line during his Saturday episode with Konstantin Kisin.
There have been reports that some of the 238 immigrants who had been swept into the massive raids were wrongly identified.
Such a case is said to be a gay man who works as a hairdresser who arrived legally in the United States.
A magazine report from prison noticed: 'A young man then sobbed a guard to the floor. He said: “I'm not a gang member. I'm gay. I'm a hairdresser. '' '
The reporter said: “I believed him. But perhaps it is only because he did not look like I had expected – he was not a tattooed monster. '
Referring to the article Rogan said: 'How long will it take before that man can come out? Can we find out how we can get them out? Is there a plan to warn the authorities that they have made a terrible mistake and correcting? '
Rogan said he was disappointed in the current political climate, which seemed to be a case of: 'Never give your blame. Never admit that you are wrong. '

In his first two months back in the White House, he largely supported Trump's radical acts, but Rogan pulled the line during his episode on Saturday
“And this is what we see with the signal thing, and this is the thing we see with this,” said Rogan, referring to the now notorious debacle where high American officials add a journalist to a group cat who discussed sensitive plans to attack Jemen.
In that case, Trump and senior officials refused to admit error, to be removed instead of the journalist and to accuse him of exaggerating to which he was exposed in the chat.
“What is his life in their husbands, what the f ** k?” Rogan said about the alleged innocent hairdresser.
A make -up artist looking for asylum in the US after fleeing Venezuela claims that he was also wrongly identified as a gang member and was sent to the Hellhole prison.
Andrys Hernandez, 31, crossed the border to California from Tijuana last year to escape persecution for his homosexuality, said his lawyers.
He waited for months in detention for a hearing from the Immigrationhof on March 13, but was placed instead one of the three aircraft with 237 other migrants and deported.
Rogan said that in situations such as these errors '100 percent' are made, but there must be a way to correct them, 'and it cannot be buried in the sand.'
'If you want reasonable people to be on board … Companying people to be on board, you can't deport gay hairdresser who are looking for asylum. That is crazy. That's crazy. '

The Trump government is also in a back and forth with the courts over the deportation.
Trump claimed that the Venezuelan gang trenon invades the Aragua into the United States and introduced the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, an authority in wartime that allows the president to accelerate a broader play area about policy and executive action to accelerate mass deportations.
But judge James Boasberg burned further deportations under the authority of the law and ordered flights in the air to return to the United States, to which the administration could not meet.
The administration now asks the Supreme Court to allow it to resume deportations.
On Monday, the administration revealed that the 17 violent criminals deported more from the Tren de Aragua and MS-13 gangs to El Salvador.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the immigrants were removed on Sunday evening. The statement said that murderers and rapists were among them, but did not provide details about the nationalities or alleged crimes of those removed.
The office of El Salvador President Nayib Bukele said, however, that Salvadorans and Venezuelans belonged to the prisoners.
“These criminals will no longer terrorize our communities and citizens,” said State Secretary Marco Rubio in the statement.

“Again, we provide our gratitude to President Bukele and the government of El Salvador for their unparalleled partnership.”
The men were flown to El Salvador by the US Army, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
As can be seen in video from the Salvadoran government, they were transported by bus to the maximum safety prison of El Salvador, changed to the standard white T-shirts and shorts of the prison and had shaved their heads.
They were walked in a cell block, the video shows, and some were made to kneel on the floor with their wrists coupled behind their backs and ankles.
In prison, the suspected gang members spend 23 and a half hours locked in overcrowded cells, with only 30 minutes to stretch – chained in the middle of the corridor.
Prison cells with steel bars are spread over the eight cell blocks and can contain a maximum of 100 prisoners.
Each cell is equipped with 80 bare iron bunk beds – mattresses are not included – together with two toilets and two sinks.
Within the cells, the temperature can reach a stunning 95 degrees during the day and there is no other source of ventilation.
Dubbeds a 'black hole of human rights' and a 'hellhole' by critics, the facility has drawn widespread conviction for alleged negative prison rights.
