A 57-year-old man was killed and a woman and a boy seriously injured after a man went on a 'Berserk' rampage in a house in Brighton.
Emergency services hurried to the 'tragic incident' of a teenager who attacked several people in a house.
Officers found a 57-year-old man who was inside who suffered from catastrophic injuries, but were declared dead on the spot.
A woman and a boy were also found in the house with serious injury and were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The police arrested a 19-year-old man on suspicion of murder and he was taken into custody.
The Sussex police said it is not looking for someone else in connection with this incident.
Neighbors said a man went into the house 'Berserk' and the police were called around 7.30 am.
Division commander, chief inspector Rachel Carr said: 'After an emergency call for the police, an immediate response was sent to Hartfield Avenue, where unfortunately a man was died and a woman and child were seriously injured.
