A man who wears a firearm 'was shot by armed police at the station of Milton Keynes Central.
Officers were called to the station on Elder Gate after reports from a man who today wore a firearm around 12.55.
Armed officers of the Thames Valley police challenged the man on the spot before they fired shots.
Despite life -saving actions on the spot, the man was declared dead at 1.44 pm.
A spokesperson for the Thames Valley police said: 'It is not currently not assuming that it is a further risk to the public.
“We will provide more details as soon as we can.”
