A mother who tried to kidnap her child and take them to a 'sovereign state' has been sentenced to two years behind bars for her bizarre plot.
The woman, who cannot be called to protect her child, was found guilty in September to kill her child from a Wollongong park, 80 km south of Sydney.
During the conviction on Monday, Judge Andrew Haler de Wollongong District Court told that the unforgivable kidnapping was premeditated, the ABC reports.
'Her real intention was to remove [the child] and take [them] to a sovereign state in NSW where she could live [the child]… and are not subject to the laws of NSW, “he said.
'The different motives of the perpetrator cannot apologize what she did. If it was a protest, she used her child for political purposes … It was a criminal act of seriousness. '
The court heard the woman organize himself to rent a van the day before the Ministry of Communities and Justice that organized her to meet her child in December 2022.
It is understood that the woman handed over Worker a 'notice period statement' who said she did not recognize the authority of the court and recorded her thumb print for identification.
The woman's cancellation said that she was “a living being sovereigne for this country” who “does a distance and rejects my former engagement with the courts … and their chronies (sic) … and all the orders as void”.

The court heard that she was leaving her unrestrained child in the van before the police three hours later north of north of Sydney.
On Monday, the woman, who appeared via a video link from Dillwynia Women's Correctional Center, was sentenced to a two -year prison sentence.
In a fiery judgment, the court told the court the woman's decision to represent himself during the trial 'did not affect itself'.
'[She] Does not accept the jurisdiction of this court, “he said.
'[She] Does not believe that the laws of NSW apply to her; She was wrong. '
Judge Haesler also criticized the woman's behavior during the trial, including regular interruptions that led him to find her in contempt of the court.
'[She] Repeatedly brought in, targeted personal insults for me and others, witnesses harassed (including her own [children]), my instructions and orders refused and spoke about me about me, “he said.
'[She] Intentionally tried to undermine the test process to secure a discharge from the jury and a delay in hearing the serious statement against her. '

On the first day of the trial, the woman refused to introduce a plea.
The court also heard that she was an old resident of the social housing.
“The irony of someone who wants to separate from the State while he benefits from the state in terms of social housing,” said Judge Haalser.
“But people are not consistent in their lives.”
The judge has issued a non-conditional period of 11 months for the kidnapping of the child, returned to 4 May 2024, which means that it will be eligible for conditional release on 4 April.
