Shocking video images have surfaced from cross-motor and ATV riders who circl the memorial from the Second World War in the crime-ravaged Washington, DC, on the early Sunday morning.
The video showed several people who drove through the empty memorial with one of the respective riders who performed a wheelie.
Social media users closed the Dirt Bike Riders to make a spot of the Sacrosanct Memorial, with one user who wrote: “Your forefathers went abroad to die for this.”
“In essence, they make destruction possible and that is all there is,” was another comment.
The WWII Memorial is free and open to the public at all hours; However, Park Rangers only check the site from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
The commemoration honors the 16 million Americans who served in World War II, including the more than 400,000 service members who died during the war.
The National Park Service said that they evaluated the security images and the activities in the video 'strongly condemned'.
Friends of the National WWII Memorial, a non -profit organization that focuses on the preservation of the site, issued a statement about X that closed the riders in the video.

Veterans echoed a similar sentiment and closed the reckless individuals for not respecting the monument.
Veteran David Fields told Local Fox Affiliate, WTTG News, that the video was 'shameful'.
'This is just as sacred as Arlington National Cemetery. And to let people ride there on motorcycles, was just a lack of respect, “he added.
Alex Kershaw, a historian at Friends of the WWII Memorial, told the local NBC branch, WRC TV, which was established the monument to commemorate lost life during the war.
“It is here because of the more than 400,000 Americans who gave their lives in the Second World War and the many millions around the world involved in that amazing struggle for freedom and the defeat of genocidal evil,” he said.
