Donald Trump has successfully surpassed a judge appointed by Obama to send even more criminal migrants to a notorious El Salvadoran prison in the weekend.
Judge of the James Boasberg court made a ruling earlier this month that blocked the mass evictions of the Trump government of suspected TREN The Aragua gang members -with the argument that the President wrongly invoked the Alien Enemies Act of the wartime to justify the deletions.
But on Sunday, civil servants sent another plane with 17 alleged gang members to El Salvador's Terrorism Confinement Center under title 8 of the American immigration legislation – and not under the Alien Enemies Act, according to Fox News.
The title deals with 'aliens and nationality', and states that the federal government has a broad authority to illegally deport migrants in the United States in the United States if they have received deportation orders through the immigration courts.
White House officials have since confirmed to FOX News that all suspected members of the Tren de Aragua gang and MS-13 who were sent to prison on Sunday had had deportation orders or definitive orders of removal.
Among the deportees, 12 were with criminal convictions, someone who was a gang member that was admitted and who are still confronted with criminal prosecution.
They all originally came from Venezuela or El Salvador and had entered the United States illegally.
Prior to their plane ride to El Salvador on Sunday, they were held in the new migrant facility of the United States in Guantanamo Bay.

State Secretary Marco Rubio announced the successful deportation effort in a position on Monday.
“Last night, in a successful fight against terrorism with our allies in El Salvador, the army of the United States transferred a group of 17 violent criminals from the Tren the Aragua and MS-13 operations, including murderers and rapists,” he posted on X.
Rubio also noted that Trump declared the two gangs as foreign terrorist organizations and said that they will no longer terrorize our communities and citizens.
“Again, we are expanding our thanks to Nayib Bukele and the government of El Salvador for their unparalleled partnership to protect our countries against transnational crime and terrorism.”
Bukele, the president of El Salvador who came to the power to promise to fight unbridled crime, also shared a minute-long video with the suspected gangsters who arrived in the terrorism inclusive center.
It shows troops that accompany the prisoners from a huge plane on the runway at night, forcing them to run in handcuffs before they load into a car.
Civil servants in the prison facility then roughly push their head forward and shave their scalp before they grab them by the neck and lead them to their cells.
The prisoners can be seen wearing completely white with their arms chained behind their backs while cramming each other into a small prison.

Civil servants of the White House have said that the 17 people deported to El Salvador during the weekend were members of the Tren de Aragua or MS-13

Nayib Bukele, the president of El Salvador who came to power to promise unbridled crime, shared a minute video with the suspected gangsters who arrived in the terrorism restriction center
“All individuals are confirmed murderers and controversial perpetrators, including six rapists of children,” Bukele wrote in a caption next to the video.
“This operation is another step in the fight against terrorism and organized crime.”
President Trump later shared the video on his social platform and thanked Bukele 'for taking the criminals that were so stupid, by the Crooked Joe Biden administration, to enter our country and to give them such a wonderful place to live!'
It seems that the American president was Facetious in his comments, because the vast mega prison is accused of human rights violations.
Cristosal reported last year that at least 261 people had died in the prisons of El Salvador during the performance of the gang. The group and others have cited cases of abuse, torture and lack of medical assistance.
The facility, which can hold up to 40,000 prisoners, is also crammed into cells that are not equipped with enough beds for everyone.
According to the United States Agreement with Bukele, it will pay the El Salvadoran government $ 6 million for a year of services in the facility.

But at home the Trump administration is confronted with several legal fights on its deportation efforts.
It has not succeeded in getting a Federal Court of Appeal to eliminate the command of Boasberg that placed a break about deportations last week, and in fact the judge of the District Court has extended its street ban on Friday against the use of the Alien Enemies Act.
At the same time, he is also looking for more information about the deportation flights of the Trump administration on 15 March to determine whether the administration was committed to block the flights, according to NewsNation.
The aircraft were already in the air when the command of Boasberg came down and administration officers claim that he only ordered the aircraft to return to the United States, but never included it in his written order.
Administration officials now also refuse to transfer information about the starting times of the aircraft, with reference to 'Secret Privilege'.
In the meantime, for various people who have been deported, laws have denied and pushed back on claims that their tattoos have established their membership.
Boasberg has said that the five claimants are entitled to a decent process and that deportees must have the chance to claim why they are not subject to Trump's actions under the Alien Enemies Act.
The Supreme Court has now asked the lawyers for all five Venezuelans to respond to the Ministry of Justice on Tuesday morning, while Boasberg has set a hearing on Thursday to determine whether the Trump government has violated its judicial order.
Yet Pers Secretary of the White House Karoline Leavitt promised on Monday that the Trump government will continue to go after criminals who live illegally in the United States.
“Every day America becomes safer thanks to President Trump's leadership,” she said for warning, “If you are an illegal terrorist or criminal – the Trump government will come for you.”
