Her claims have led a choir of questions about the circumstances of the crash – and whether she exaggerates the size of her injuries.
The former girlfriend Socialite Victoria Hervey of the Prince has called Mrs. Guiffre a 'fantasist' and suggested that she was about the size of the crash.

The crash that left her in the hospital has been described by the Australian police as a 'small crash'.
A spokesperson for the West -Australia police later said that they were aware of a 'small crash' between a bus and a car in Neergabby, north of Perth, on March 24.
The collision was reported by the bus driver the next day. The car suffered around $ 2,000 in damage, but no injuries were reported, the spokesperson said.

Mrs. Giuffre was in the center of one of the world's greatest scandals when she launched legal steps against billionaire Jeffrey Epstein in 2015.
She claimed that she was traded for sex at the age of 16 after his employee and ex-lover, Ghislaine Maxwell, recruited her job as a dressing room clerk at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago Resort in Palm Beach, Florida.
Mrs. Giuffre and Maxwell eventually reached an unknown arrangement on a defamation in 2017.
Epstein took his own life in a prison chat in 2019 awaiting the trial for sex trade, while Maxwell was imprisoned for 20 years in 2022 for conspiracy with him to sexually abuse minors.
Mrs. Giuffre claims that Epstein forced her to have sex with Prince Andrew at least three times when she was 17 and that she spent two days alone with the Royal in New Mexico.
In 2022 she received an extrajudicial settlement that was reportedly worth millions of the Duke of York.
The settlement accepted no liability and Andrew has always rejected strong claims.
But he agreed to pay the non -specific amount to Mrs. Giuffre and her charity for the rights of victims.
In the aftermath of the scandal, Andrew lost his military titles and royal patronages, as well as the use of his title of Royal Highness.
