The Department claims that Martell-LeBron is also known as Juan Carlos Baez, a 49-year-old Dominican national who has been living in the United States illegally since 2000.

But Sullivan himself was pulled before Judge Mark Summerville on Tuesday, who said that Martell-LeBron had been denied his right to a fair trial and a considerable process when he was taken in custody.

One of the lawyers of Martell-LeBron described the arrest as 'reprehensible'.
'Legal enforcement agents have a task to see that justice is being done. Prosecutors have a job to see that justice has been completed.
“There is no greater injustice in my thoughts than the government that arrives, without identifying themselves, and to prevent them from exercising their constitutionally guaranteed right to a jury court.”
Ice officers hunted Martell-LeBron without identifying themselves, put him in a pick-up and rushed away.
The process had just started with opening statements and the first witnesses.
Sullivan said that Martell-LeBron, who comes from the Dominican Republic and lives together with family in Massachusetts, is now in the Plymouth Detention facility because he is reportedly an immigrant without papers.
Summerville rejected the indictment against Martell-LeBron of making false statements about his application for his driver's license because he was no longer available to defend it.
He then submitted the detachment tax against Sullivan. The contemporary case was referred to the office of the public prosecutor in Suffolk and a spokesperson there said they were looking at it.

In a statement, the State Police said that they acted correctly after learning the plans of ice.
“Like in every situation in which a member becomes aware of the enforcement of federal immigration, the troopers responded in the right way by either helping or taking the federal action,” said the statement.
James Borghesani, a spokesperson for the public prosecutor Kevin Hayden, Suffolk County, said: “We were relieved and surprised when our persecution of Wilson Martell-LeBron was interrupted by ICE that encouraged him in the middle of his trial.”
