The richest people in the world are mentioned on an updated list that places their combined wealth in more than $ 16 trillion.

Tech Mogul Elon Musk, 53, leads the Forbes' Billionaires List 2025 with a net value of $ 342 billion (£ 264.73 billion) after co-founder of companies such as Tesla, SpaceX and artificial intelligence company Xai.

The richest Brit is Michael Platt, 57, in rank 106 with a net value of $ 18.8 billion.
