Assistants for Joe Biden have revealed that he was 'out' during his last period in the White House and Invite fluorescent tape attached to the carpet to show him where he could walk at events.
In this way the Octogenarian would know where to go without having anyone who leads him.
And a top assistant said that the then president, while preparing for his now notorious debate with Donald Trump, seemed to think that he was “president of NATO” instead of the United States.
The revelations can be found in various books that come out about Biden's presidency. In the coming months, at least four Tomes will be published that will investigate its decline.
Some of the new information is an eye opening, especially when it comes to some assistants about the health of the president and the actions they took to hide the state of Biden to the public.

Ron Klain, who served the staff chief of Biden for two years and advised him during the 2024 campaign, described author Chris Whipple the six days that the staff spent at Camp David to get Biden in shape for his first and only debate with Trump.
It was the debate that would put an end to the political career of Biden.
“We sat around the table,” Klain told Whipple for his upcoming book. '[Biden] Had answers to cards and he was just extremely exhausted. And I was struck by how no contact with American politics he was. He was just very, very focused on his interactions with NATO leaders. '

Whipple writes that Klain was half serious wondering if Biden thought he was president of NATO instead of the US. '

After the debate with Trump, Biden reportedly needed fluorescent tape to make him through a fundraising in the house of New Jersey Gov. Guide Phil Murphy (D) so that he would not get lost.

There are probably more harmful details.

The trio, together with the president, arrived in Camp David the Saturday prior to the debate to spend the next five days in preparation.

Biden just came from a big trip of travel: he had been in France for a state visit and the birthday of D-Day in Normandy, he went back to the United States, then he flew a few days later to Italy for a G7 meeting and that was a trip to the west coast for campaign funds.
He was exhausted and hardly had time to rest.
In the privacy of Camp David, a presidential retreat in the mountains of Maryland, he was implemented by policy discussions and fake debate sessions to prepare him.
But Biden, who fought against a cold, left the debate preparation and fell asleep through the swimming pool, Klain told Whipple.
He also seemed rattle and confused.
The then president “did not know what Trump had said and could not understand what the back and forth was' ', did not really understand what his argument was on inflation' and 'had nothing to say about another term, other than finishing', Whipple wrote.
Biden was also obsessed with foreign leaders and said, “These guys say that I am great as a president, so I have to be a great president.”
The first fake debate would last 90 minutes, but Klain ended after 45 when “the voice of the president was shot and so was his understanding of the subject,” Whipple wrote.
And 25 minutes after the second fake debate, Biden was ready.
“I'm just too tired to continue and I'm afraid to lose my voice here and I feel bad,” he said, according to the book. “I just need some sleep. It will be fine tomorrow. '

“The president was tired, confused and disconnected,” writes Whipple. “Klain feared that the debate with Trump would be a national televis disaster.”
It was indeed.
In the aftermath, it caused a series of questions about the viability of Biden's candidacy and his ability to do the work.
Publicly defended the family, friends and assistants of Biden.
They had been worried in private.
“Democrats spot publicly to Republican claims that Biden was not on the track,” write the Parnes and all in their book. “But private, some of them were worried all the time that they placed too much stock in an old man who had long lost his fastball for a long time.”
A friend of Biden and Obama's told the authors the choice for Biden to seek re -election, was the “original sin” of the 2024 elections. The person blamed the Van Biden family and the Close assistants because they did not advise him to refrain from a re -election offer.
Whipple told Polito that he thought Biden Assistants saw that they wanted to see.
“I happen to think it's simplistic to call it a” cover-up. ” I think it was stranger and much more disturbing than that. Biden's Inner Circle, his closest advisers, many of them were in a fog of Waan and denial. They believed what they wanted to believe, “the author said.
