Anthony Albanese failed in an embarrassing campaign track.
The prime minister had tried to pose a photo after he received a lifelong performance prize on a Union Conference in the Hunter Valley on Thursday afternoon when he fell from the back of a high stage of one meter.
He was brought back with the help of three people – but not before the slip -up could be caught by the waiting media.
The Labor leader all smiled as soon as he was back on two feet and raised both hands to give the public that he was in order.
But he will undoubtedly be smart about the blunder.
It marks the first major misstep for the prime minister on the campaign track.
More come.
