Newly released surveillance images have given an essential idea in the search for Sebastian Rogers.
The 15-year-old boy from Tennessee has been missing since February last year.
Video obtained by private researcher Steve Fischer, together with the mother and stepfather of Sebastian, shows a figure to appear in the night of his disappearance at 12.17 pm.
The images are located from a street a single block of Sumner County Home in Sebastian, so that researchers believe that it can contain critical information.
The surveillance images also conquered a dog walker who was over shortly before the non -created figure.
“It's definitely a person,” Fischer said. 'It looks like a thin person wearing dark clothing along the south on Kellyn Lane behind a vehicle. And it seems as if he or she is trying to stay out of the eyesight of the person walking with his dog.
“They go behind this car for a while and then they turn around and come back in the same way as they came from.”
The block borders a construction site where search dogs had previously indicated a potential lead.
Private researcher Fischer, who has improved the video for clarity, confirmed that it has been passed on to law enforcement.

However, he acknowledged that identifying the figure is unlikely.
“It took three times to watch all the video before we found it,” Fischer said.
The Sumner County Sheriff's Office (SCSO), which works with the TBI and FBI, claims that there have been no confirmed observations or important leads in the disappearance of Sebastian Rogers.
Sheriff Eric Craddock said: 'Law enforcement has the original video possession since 72 hours after Sebastian was reported missing.
“After we have thoroughly investigated this lead, we found that it is not relevant to the case.”
This contrasts with the conviction of private researcher Fischer that the images have potential instructions.
In particular, SCSO did not respond to the question of whether the figure was identified in the video.
The search for Rogers has received national attention, with Duane 'Dog The Bounty Hunter' even jumping on the business.
