After weeks of anger and opposition about a Texas mosque and its plans to build a Muslim city outside of Dallas, Mosque leaders express themselves, claim that Mosque members are confronted with violence.
The East Plano Islamic Center of Epic has a lawyers, hiring a 'high -profile lawyer' to help them hire the Republican governor who has accused the mosque of violating the law.
Epic, a vast house of worship in Plano, Texas has recently become a target for GOV. Greg Abbott about his plans to build a city for Muslims-Epic City called about 30 minutes from the existing mosque.
Although no arrests or charges have been made, Abbott has repeatedly claimed that Epic is breaking the law and ordered both criminal and civilian investigations into the mosque and the planned community.
“We regularly receive hate calls and death threats,” said the Board of Directors of Epic in a statement posted on Facebook on Thursday.
“Personal home addresses of our moskei leaders have been shared, which endangers the safety of families.”
Epic denies that it has been violated in any way and claimed that 'his doors remain open to everyone'.
In the meantime, the new lawyer of the mosque held a press conference on Wednesday that stood against the mosque for gigantic eruptions of the many accused tweets of the governor.

On Monday, the governor demanded that the mosque would stop the construction of the Epic City or to experience the full weight of the law 'in an online post to X.
“Maybe the governor and his staff are not xenophobic,” lawyer then took out Cogdell.
'Maybe they are just ignorant or choose to be ignorant, but spoiler alert, they didn't even start construction. They have not even applied for the permits. For him to say, “Stop it, or the full weight of the law will come down to you … it's just completely nonsense. It is insane.”

However, Epic is confronted with a tough struggle to get permits from both Collin and Hunt provinces- where the country they possess is near Josephine, Texas.
To turn the 402 hectares of fields in a city with a brand new mosque that serves 1,000 new houses, schools and a shopping center as the city center, both provinces must unsubscribe.
Opponents of Epic flooded a public meeting on Monday hoping to prevent a controversial Islamic compound from getting the necessary permits to start construction.
For hours the Collin County Commissioners Court heard dozens of speakers to deny the permits needed to build what is called 'the epicenter of Islam in America' by organizers.
Many residents of the 2,000 passenger city of Josephine expressed their concern, although the Islamic development is outside the city boundaries.
“They want a loud system, a speaker system that would shoot their music to call them prayer, and they could do it as long as they wanted because they specifically choose a site just outside the city, so they can,” Susan Martinez told the committee.

She also shared that her small, rural community is already dealing with water restrictions, even without any new construction.
Abbott government has repeatedly claimed that the city will introduce extremist Sharia law practices in Texas, who would regulate religion, marriage and punishment for crime.
Practicing Sharia legislation is illegal in the Lone Star State.
“We discover legal violations of Epic City that go much further than what people realize,” Gov. Greg Abbott.
“The proposed community will never see the light of day. More come. '
Abbott claims that the mosque has violated the law by operating as a funeral center.
“They brokefully violate the Studies Act in many ways, also by exploiting a funeral center without a license,” Abbott posted on X. last week.
“This is a crime and it will not be tolerated.”

Abbott has instructed several government agencies to investigate potential crimes in the hope of stopping the planned community near Josephine, Texas.

“They are afraid of their lives because of the lies that the Governor's office started.” Even if Abbott is successful in stopping the new development, Epic already has a large footprint in Plano.
The huge mosque is surrounded by schools and a gym.
On the other side there is also a company called 'Epic Market' and Halal stores that focus on the Muslims who live on the street around the mosque.
The large luxury two -storey houses with expensive cars on the Drive Maniers were all decorated for Ramadan, with Christmas lighting used to celebrate the Holy Month of Lent.
In what could be an important voice for the future of Epic City, Collin County Commissioners will decide whether they will approve a permit on 14 April.
