A new lawsuit that claims that Beyoncé, Jay Z and LeBron James were at a party where Sean 'Diddy' Combs reportedly drugged and sexually mutilated, had a victim with varied denials.
A civil case that was submitted in Florida accused the rapper of human trafficking in 2015, but also appointed other celebrities in the lawsuit.
In the complaint, Joseph Manzaro claims that he 'was drugged, was transported against his will and was sexually mutilated as a victim of a coercion and organized criminal company'.
The prosecutor said he lost consciousness after he felt a 'greasy substance that looked like Vaseline' while he opened the door to his house. He says in the complaint that he was then brought to another building where a Diddy employee reportedly said that the celebrity wanted to take him to a 'freak-off' event.
Manzaro claimed that he was 'in secret transferred' to Diddy's house by a 'hidden tunnel' who is said to be connected to Gloria and Emilio Estefan's Miami House.
He said it was a birthday party for Diddy's the then 17-year-old son, onews reported.
The lawsuit claims: 'Jay-Z and Beyoncé Knowles-Carter were in the room and see [Manzaro]Beyoncé Knowles-Carter asked: 'What is this? What is this all about? Why is this half -naked white man with a [penis] Mask that is here for me? '' '
Diddy, LeBron James and the Estefans have denied the allegations of Manzaro. The agent of Beyoncé was contacted for comment.

Manzaro claims that he was paraded by several rooms with violence full of people who were cheering him up and inherit him “and who said Diddy,” He's going to find out what we do to snitches tonight. Let him undress! '
The prosecutor said he was stripped and washed with violence before he was “sexually abused and forced to participate in unwanted sexual activity” until he lost consciousness.
He said he woke up on a couch later and was brought out of the building to another house, where he was “struck and left for death.”
The lawsuit claims that Gloria Estefan “got in panic” when seeing Manzaro and said, “Call an ambulance!”
Manzaro also claims that Emilio quickly silenced her and left her away. '
He said that the NBA star looked at him after seeing LeBron and said, “You'd better do something about it!”
Jay-Z's lawyer told TMZ that his client was not in Florida at the time of the alleged incident.
“Mr Carter was not in Florida at that time to witness this incident – he was working on easily found public activities that prove that he was not at this event. This is more nonsense that erodes confidence in our 'justice system'.

The representative of LeBron James said the outlet that the athlete played basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and never in Miami when the alleged party took place.
“A simple internet research shows what LeBron did in April 2015,” said the statement. “He played basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and never in Miami.”
The representative of Gloria and Emilio told TMZ that no parties were thrown into their Miami house between 2012 and 2019.
'Gloria and Emilio Estefan strongly deny the accusations taken. The real estate in question was never a home where Gloria and Emilio lived, but it was rather a house that they owned for family use. There are no parties that ownership thrown between 2012 and 2019. We have all the necessary documentation to support these facts and will provide it to the court. '
In a statement to MailOnline, the legal team of Diddy said: 'This complaint shows that the corrupt lengths will travel to Garner's heads to strive for a payment day.
'No healthy person reading this complaint can credit this story.
'Mr. Combs is looking forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed. '
Diddy is currently waiting for a trial on 5 May for sex crimes. He was arrested in September 2024 for accusation of racketeering -entry, sex trade and transport to enter into prostitution. He did not argue with all the charges.
In a federal indictment in 2024 he was charged Diddy with sex trade and other charges, he was accused of using his companies to transport women and male sex workers to participate in recorded sexual performances or 'freak offs'.

A participant of the events claimed that the rapper hired men to patrol his 'freak -off' parties and pay them to recruit young, attractive women for 'intimate' time with him.
A targeted woman who only identified herself as Lisa, said the New York Post that she attended the white party of the Disktons in the Hamptons in 2004, where she claims to have been approached by one of Diddy's nightly employees.
The woman claimed that while the filthy party came into action, a team of men spread, attractive young women approached and asked them to share 'personal time' with Diddy after the event was demolished.
Lisa, who was invited because her husband worked for Sony, claimed to have been one of their goals.
“I spoke with another woman and this guy came out of nowhere. He said, “Hey, Diddy saw you and want to know if you want to hang out after all this is ready.” I didn't really know what to say, “she told the post.
Initially she was flattered by the Sleazy request, but was later amazed when she realized what exactly was asked of her.
“He tried to convince me that it was an honor to be asked and then said it would be an” intimate “time,” she said. “That was my clue that I was not asked to just hang around.”
Diddy's legal team said to TMZ: “No matter how many lawsuits are being brought, it will not change that Mr Combs has never been sexually abused or has traded sex – male or female, adult or minor.”
