A tiger has pulled a circus artist for a screaming crowd in Egypt, forcing a doctor to amputate his arm.
Images that were taken in Tanta on Tuesday that 60 miles north of Cairo showed one of the many tigers who were trapped in a large cages -that fiddled down violently on the arm of an artist who was stuck by the metal rods.
The tiger can be seen with the arm of the man in his mouth while the crowd shouts blood -solving.
Several other circus workers were seen by hitting the tiger with a stick in an attempt to get it from the man, but the efforts remained largely unnoticed by the aggressive animal.
A second tiger was seen as an interest in the man's arm before he withdrew.
In another perspective of the terrifying attack, the man who tried to break away frantically showed the jaws of the big cat.
Eventually the tiger admitted and the man was able to remove his weak arm from the cage.
He was rushed to nearby Tanta University Emergency Hospital and reportedly underwent an operation of four hours in which surgeons desperately tried to save his arm.
