Earl Spencer's alienated woman wrote that it was 'hilarious' that his new girlfriend suffered from a serious medical condition, which she cruelly cruelly a 'degenerating brain' claim explosive court documents.
The post on Sunday last week revealed how legal papers Lady Spencer accusing of vengeful pleasure to share the fact that the new girlfriend of her husband, Norwegian archaeologist -professor Cat Jarman, has multiple sclerosis.
Her alleged comments were written in a diary that is said to have been deliberately left open in Althorp, the ancestral house of the Graaf in Northhamptonshire, but they could not be announced so far for legal reasons.
After the document was publicly available this weekend, De Mos can describe the shocking comments in Lady Spencer's Journal, which is said to have been left open in the marital bedroom that the brother of Princess Diana and the countess had shared.
According to the legal articles, Lady Spencer, 52, reportedly wrote: 'I love the idea that her [Professor Jarman’s] MS is starting to enter into force. I love the idea that he is with someone with a degenerating brain so that she does not adhere to normal social standards. Hilarious. '
The disclosure is the newest turn in an extraordinary High Court struggle. Professor Jarman sues Countess Spencer for the abuse of private medical information, claiming that she has unveiled her MS diagnosis to friends and employees – and even to the Count himself.
Professor Jarman has previously described 'completely sick' when her confidential details were reportedly announced last year.
Last night she told De Mos: 'Karen's words and actions had a devastating effect on me and my children and have a serious influence on my health.

“Dealing with a life -changing, incurable disease is difficult enough, but to have lies about it, it is cheerfully spread without permission completely terrible.”
In defense documents submitted to the Court, Lady Spencer said that the disclosure was 'completely justified and legitimate' and that Professor Jarman 'had no reasonable expectation' that she would not discuss the MS diagnosis 'with the limited group of people with whom she shared it'.
Court papers claim that the diary was found by De Graaf in the morning of 15 May last year when 'he went into the bedroom to get a pair of shoes'. The extract seemed to have been written eight days earlier.
The documents suggest that the countess was planning that De Graaf or his staff would see the extract because she “knew Earl Spencer was holding his shoes in their bedroom” and therefore should go there, and because the room would be cleaned by housekeepers.
Despite the couple that the staff said in April that they would divorce after 13 years of marriage, Lady Spencer did not move from Althorp until January of this year.
