“We still do our due diligence in the best way to make this deal work and tackle the problems of it.”
He explained that the local population believes that the best option was to see the house demolished because they believe it would be washed away in 30 [years] cause time 'or a' serious accident '.
He added: 'The general opinion of the local population/builders who have worked on the building is that it must be brought down and that something more is in line with the North Devon Coast.

'It will be a tourist attraction that is not desired on a dangerous edge of the cliff!
'Builders feel the type of money that needs to be spent to finish it. It must now be beaten and rebuilt as a house in line with the coastline of the Saunton and Croyde Bay.

“She was very successful and worked as a fashion buyer for Harrods, Selfridges and Simpsons, so to reach this era and having nothing is difficult.”
And although he said that the demolition of his 20-year marriage was not entirely due to the stress caused by the Build, he explained that he would “always bear a feeling of guilt” for what he spends Hazel. “
He added: “It was terrible for the family because I pulled the stability among them, without giving answers about how we would get out, otherwise I would have to continue.”
